The Mavleeva family is just like that. After the war, a mother, her daughter, and her little granddaughter left for the unknown. At first, the family split up: Lilia Mavleeva worked at a factory in Zhashkiv, and her daughter Dinara Mavleeva and her granddaughter went to Kyiv. Then came the search for work, housing, and the meaning of life - all of this is similar to the stories of most immigrants. But this one is special. Working in sewing workshops, the girls realized that there was a niche that needed to be developed. This was: making patterns for clothes. They found training courses, wrote numerous grant applications, and finally achieved their goal.
Now it is ABRIS Fashion Design Studio, which collaborates with the leading designers of the country. But if you think that these girls have calmed down - no! They have a new goal: to create their own clothing collections! And we are sure that they will succeed!

SOCIAL PROJECT 2018:
Sewing courses using ready-made patterns for immigrants.
GRANT:
In 2018, Crimea SOS and the UN Refugee Agency supported our project in the grant program competition for IDP initiatives. We purchased sewing equipment and for 6 months we conducted FREE sewing training courses using Ready-made Patterns for women from families who found themselves in difficult life circumstances, including families of IDPs from Crimea and Donbas, as well as families of ATO participants. Basic courses - BC for those who want to learn how to design clothes or improve their cutting skills. The training was based on the German clothing design system "Muller and Son" with further adaptation to computer design.

Worked as a chief engineer at a garment factory in Komsomolsk, Donetsk region. Worked at a garment factory Postachservice in Zhashkiv, Cherkasy region. Worked in Kyiv as a designer-technologist at PP Dzafarova (outsourcing workshop for sewing textile and knitwear in Kyiv) Production manager - clothing designer, sewing workshop of the trading company lanet (homewear and underwear). Ukrainian embroidered shirts Foberini, freelance designer. Liliya won the grant competition held by the NGO Crimea SOS in Kyiv, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). This gave us the opportunity to buy the CAD design program "Gracia", computer equipment and some sewing equipment. Establishment of the Abris Design Studio in 2016.
Developed a training methodology for fashion industry professionals who want to learn how to design in the CAD computer program "Gracia" and who already have the skills to manually design clothes using any method. In 2019, they switched to online training. In 2022, they switched to remote work with clients. In 2023, they opened an online store of ready-made electronic patterns PATTERNS - ABRIS.

Dinara Mavleeva
She worked in Donetsk at the Veltri sewing factory in the computer program Gratsia, and then in the family studio LiAna. Since 2014, she has worked at Modna Casta in the size grid department. Work at the LLC "TD "EKO GROUP" As a design manager, she has contacts with many manufacturers of sewing products. She worked as a designer in CAD at the Trinity sewing factory in Kyiv. Fashion designer and clothing designer of the sewing shop of the Lanett Trading Company (homewear and underwear). Dinara became the winner of the grant competition held by the NGO Chernihiv Public Committee for the Protection of Human Rights, funded by the UN Migration Agency (IOM). This gave us the opportunity to purchase a plotter for printing patterns on paper and equipment for creating a sewing laboratory and a new workplace.
In 2017, we organized training for clothing designers who want to learn how to design in the CAD computer program "Gracia", also in collaboration with the Andre Tan Academy of Style and Design. In 2019, we switched to online training. In 2022, we switched to remote work with clients.
